The VOCis the professional association for fleet personnel of Heerema Marine Contractors. We stand alongside our colleagues on the crane vessels and tugboats, understand the realities of offshore work, and are committed every day to representing the interests of fleet personnel.
As an independent association, we provide support, information, and a strong collective voice in discussions with the employer and other stakeholders. We listen to what is happening on board, represent collective interests, and participate in collective labour agreement (CLA) negotiations on behalf of our members.
